In order to provide you within seconds with a complete, clear, up-to-date and neutral overview of all Buses/Flights/Hotels for a particular route and a place, had affliated with majors Travel Operators/Airlines/organizations countrywide.’s advice to customers is to choose bus operators/airlines/hotels they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.’s responsibilities include:  

- Issuing a valid Ticket/ Booking/ Reservation (a reference number that will be accepted by the
  bus/ airline/ hotel operator)
- Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation
- Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience’s responsibilities do NOT include:  

- The bus/airline operator’s bus not departing / reaching on time
- The bus/airline operator’s employees being rude
- The bus/airline operator’s bus seats etc not being up to the customer’s expectation
- The bus/airline operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
- The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged
- The bus/airline operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a
  lady / child
- The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact   boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus. Click here to find out the   operator specific contact numbers)
- The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point   to take customers to the bus departure point is not responsible if the bus/airline doesn’t depart and arrive as per the planned schedule, mentioned on the ticket/booking. Timings mentioned there are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the Boarding Point before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

 Communication Policy  

 1. By accepting the terms and conditions the customer accepts that may send the alerts to the mobile phone number provided by the customer while registering for the service or to any such number replaced and informed by the customer. The customer acknowledges that the alerts will be received only if the mobile phone is in ‘On’ mode to receive the SMS. If the mobile phone is in ‘Off’’ mode then the customer may not get / get after delay any alerts sent during such period.

  2. will make best efforts to provide the service and it shall be deemed that the customer shall have received the information sent from as an alert on the mobile phone number provided during the course of ticket booking and shall not be under any obligation to confirm the authenticity of the person(s) receiving the alert. The customer cannot hold liable for non-availability of the service in any manner whatsoever.

 3. The customer acknowledges that the SMS service provided by is an additional facility provided for the customer’s convenience and that it may be susceptible to error, omission and/ or inaccuracy. In the event the customer observes any error in the information provided in the alert, shall be immediately informed about the same by the customer and will make best possible efforts to rectify the error as early as possible. The customer shall not hold liable for any loss, damages, claim, expense including legal cost that may be incurred/ suffered by the customer on account of the SMS facility.

 4. The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.

 5. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and the SMS service provider including its officials from any damages, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, cost, charges and expenses whatsoever including legal charges and attorney fees which and the SMS service provider may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or arising out of
(i) misuse, improper or fraudulent information provided by the customer,
(ii) the customer providing incorrect number or providing a number that belongs to that of an unrelated third party, and/or
(iii) the customer receiving any message relating to the reservation number, travel itinerary information, booking confirmation, modification to a ticket, cancellation of ticket, change in bus schedule, delay, and/or rescheduling from and/or the SMS service provider.

Use of the website  

  As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that
(i) you are at least 18 years of age and are of sound mind,
(ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,
(iii) you will use this Website in accordance with this Agreement,
(iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,
(v) you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
(vi) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and
(vii) if you have an account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

Slimtrip may disclose the passenger’s personal information, including ticket and payment information, as required by law, upon order of the court, by request of a governmental agency, by request of a law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary or advisable.

Promotion Codes generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts is valid only for Buses at the moment. reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
